Fourteen pavilions are planned to be built on a 16-hectare plot of land, where local artisans will be able to offer products including honey, coconut oil, silverware and other souvenirs. Construction is expected to be completed in December 2025 and the market is expected to open to the public in early 2026.

The head of Bongkasa Pertivi village, Nyoman Buda, said the project aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and develop tourism in the village. He also emphasized that the market will become a mandatory part of tourist packages, including rafting and ATV rides, allowing tourists to get a closer look at the culture and products of the region.

Thus, the new art market in Bongkasa Pertivi will be an important step in developing tourism and supporting local artisans, offering tourists a unique experience of discovering Bali's culture and traditions.
